Hrm, so what exactly did the iTunes backup do? I got 2500 of my 2800 pictures (where are the rest?), no contacts, no calendar, no mail (which is on gmail, so I guess that makes sense), pretty much nothing but my pictures. WTF?

So we bought a Dell Zino HD.
At first, with the default Windows 7 install, it was SLOW! Streaming videos over wifi (802.11n) was not smooth.
Friend suggested I wipe and reinstall windows. So I did that and things are much smoother.
Next was trying out “media center” options. The MS Windows Media Center is …ok, but it is clearly designed to be used with a mouse and keyboard, not the favorite tool while sitting on the couch.
I decided to install Boxee! Using the iPhone app, its very nice user interface. It sure is different and I’m still learning, but I think it is a winner.
Any others I should try?

When playing WoW, you have 3 things to contend with:
Movement (moving your character out of AoE or into position)
Casting Spells
Targeting
The default control scheme is crap. Bye.
I’m trying to figure out how to control these 3 things. Playing with a new layout. Having everything hotkeyed, leaving my mouse free to target whatever I need and to use for movement.
I still catch myself clicking on my spells with my mouse button, but I’m trying to train myself not to. In easy fights, I almost don’t need the mouse at all (using wasd to get into position, then cast spells with hotkeys and tab for targeting).
Sadly 30 buttons isn’t enough. That seems a bit insane to me. While its boring to click just a few keys over and over, 30 different spells (during combat, there’s other things like buffs/etc that are not hot keyed because they are out of combat mostly) is pretty nuts.

Updated:

I’m trying to setup a new layout/UI. The focuses are:
1. All buttons are shortcuts, used on the left hand only, leaving my right hand on the mouse always. And avoiding clicking on spells.
2. Most important things near the middle, least important near the sides.
