Alt+tab in windows 7 has changed. Some for the better, some for the worse.

The part I don’t like is the order. I alt tab expecting the order to be most recently used and going back from that in order. But for some reason, that isn’t the case.

The aero peak isn’t a problem.

I followed the instructions here:

alt tab – Getting back the old alt-tab windows switching behavior in Windows 7? – Super User.

And it did a few things:

Now the alt+tab window itself looks old school (not what I wanted), disabled aero peak (not what I wanted) and fixed the order (what I wanted). Any way to just fix the order and leave the other features intack?

The lights work though.

Avery ranch message board suggested:

Call Thane Wilkins at 748-9448.
Just got out of the hospital.

> RKE Electric Inc.

Left voicemail.

Ken Shipman 512-587-7615
Busy until March 30th

Or

Rick Neely http://www.neelyelectric.com/home
Left voicemail.

We use Robert Ybarra for electrical work and have always been very happy to recommend him to friends. You can reach him at 512-296-3420. –Patty
Saturday Afternoon. 3-4pm
Send text with address!

Jim (Clovis’ recommendation)
512-845-7618
Gave advice to try to save the service call:

Check ALL GFI resets.
All are fine. Except garage, can’t trip it.
Turn on lights in garage, turn off breaker to confirm that breaker is doing what we expect.
Not the breaker.

Paulo replaced the GFI, works great.
He needs to add “electrician” to his resume.

So after 4+ years, my car (2008 Camry) battery seems to have died.
The dealer wanted $500 for a new one. That seemed a bit nuts.
I called a couple places locally and they didn’t sell the battery.
Online was better: $232 with shipping, but it would be 5 business days! Couldn’t wait that long.
Just told the dealer to go ahead and replace the battery after talking him down to $350, but the total was just under $400 after tax, labor ($10) and disposal ($3).
Then ISCA pointed me to Amazon: http://tinyurl.com/82nk7tp
$171, but still 5 day shipping. Oh well.
